Hip Hues is a fast-growing company in Nashville’s meeting and events industry. We take events to the next level with interactive Swag Bars for guests. In just a few minutes, each attendee prints their own commemorative gift to take home!


We're looking for reliable event staff who want a flexible schedule to join the on-site event execution team.

  • Personable and outgoing

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds

  • No experience needed - we train

  • Pay starting at $15/hour

  • Event times vary - day/night/weekend/weekday

  • Event types: corporate, parties, workshops, conferences

  • Flexible Schedule - only accept event shifts you want to work


Position Status: Part or full-time, hourly

Position Purpose: The Production Coordinator will help manage everything from Studio management and organization to prepping everything for our events.


  • Pre/post event prep (burning screens, packing up, loading/unloading trucks)

  • Screen printing and Leather stamping products for orders and events

  • Work events, as schedule allows

  • Mange studio operations to keep the production and event space client-ready

  • Keep inventory up-to-date

  • Manage equipment maintenance



  • Screen printing experience preferred

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • A “people-person” willing to integrate themselves within the community and be active in it!
