SALES COORDINATOR Hip Hues is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, Nashville-based position. We put culture first, as our team is of utmost importance in the fast-paced events industry. This salaried position includes a benefits package, autonomy, and flexible schedule. Position Purpose:The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support to the sales team and will assist with client proposals from initial point of contact through event contracting. Duties include relationship management support, proposal writing and quoting, and general office support. Position Purpose:The Graphic Designer sets the aesthetic vision and tone of the company and facilitates a fun, engaging, and professional design process for every client. EXPECTATIONS Ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement a comprehensive design + aesthetics plan Embraces values of integrity, honesty, fairness, leadership, and teamwork Models high standards of integrity that support the vision, mission, and values of the organization Follows all company policies and procedures as an example to others Establishes and maintains lines of communication throughout Hip Hues Keeps morale and pride in Hip Hues as high as possible RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic design for Events Work with clients to create designs for their event that are high quality and on schedule Create new design templates for our Signature Designs portfolio (~1 per month) Establish and maintain creative direction for the company Regularly update our brand and aesthetic guidelines Work with marketing to create a cohesive aesthetic for marketing and sales materials (website, proposals, social media, etc.) Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends Apparel / Textile trends New Screen printing and leather stamping techniques General design trends Attend one design conference per year Develop and maintain industry relationships in the Nashville art community QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in graphic design Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, ideally specializing in screen printing.
